Currently, we have a position as “Manager Marketing, Specialty Product Division” wherethe incumbent will be responsible for supervising the strategic marketing management team to achieve the short and long-term marketing goals and objectives of the Specialty Product Division.

Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible to prepare yearly marketing plan to achieve business objectives in terms of sales and profitability. • Supervise strategic marketing management team to execute promotional plans to meet the yearly budget. • Analyze sales status and take necessary actions when & where required. • Evaluate the team’s performance to identify the development scopes for their career progression. • Ensure discipline and compliance activities at the workplace. • Carry out any other tasks assigned by the management

Position Requirements:

• MBBS or M. Pharm from any reputed University. • MBA major in Marketing will be considered as an added qualification. • At least 12-15 years of experience in pharmaceuticals marketing.

Job Location: Corporate Headquarters at Dhanmondi, Dhaka.
